Terms of Service
Last updated: July 29, 2026
These terms govern your use of WorkSnap (worksnap.eu, “the service”), operated by Tomasz Stryczyński, sole proprietor registered in Poland, NIP PL7822007919. By creating an account you accept them.
The service
WorkSnap is a time-tracking tool for freelancers and consultants. It is provided free of charge, with no paid plan and no feature paywall, and “as is”, without warranties of any kind. See Why is this free? for the commitment behind that.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter (time entries, project and client names, rates) and for keeping your account credentials safe, or, if you sign in with Google, for the security of that Google account. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
Your data
Your time entries, projects and clients belong to you. You can export them at any time, free, in CSV, XLSX or PDF format from the Reports section — see What we do with your data and our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or any resulting damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue features, and update these terms, at any time. You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account whenever you like (see the Privacy Policy for how). Material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with a new revision date.
