What WorkSnap is — and isn’t

Most product pages only tell you the first half. Here’s both, so you can rule it out in thirty seconds if it’s not for you.

WorkSnap is for you if…

• You’re a freelancer, contractor or consultant working for yourself
• You bill by the hour, or need to know where your hours went
• You work with several clients or projects at once
• You want rates, rounding and a report you can invoice from
• You’d rather have four things that work well than forty that mostly do

WorkSnap is not for you if…

• You need to track a team. There are no shared workspaces, no seats, no roles. One account, one person — and there won’t be.
• You need integrations. Nothing syncs with Jira, Trello, Asana, GitHub or your calendar. Deliberately — every integration is a permanent maintenance cost that the free core would have to carry.
• You need invoicing. WorkSnap tells you what to bill. It doesn’t produce the invoice or take the payment.
• You need an API. There isn’t one.
• You want to monitor employees. No screenshots, no activity levels, no idle tracking. Not a missing feature — a decision.
• You need a native mobile app. WorkSnap works in a mobile browser and is built for it, but there’s nothing in the app stores.
